Cuando conocí a Susana, quede encantada. Ella me contactó luego de ver nuestro Video de Cristina & Javier, fue amor a primera vista.

Ella soñaba con tener un recuerdo que capte su esencia como pareja y que cuente su historia de una manera única.

La suya es una historia peculiar que empezó hace doce años atrás cuando se conocieron gracias al cuñado de Sue ...

"[Anier] era muy zalamero para mi gusto... y en ese momento de mi vida, esa zalamería no me llamaba la atención, si no muy por el contrario - me generaba rechazo."

Aunque era un amor improbable, terminó siendo inevitable... pero les tomó más de 6 años para darse cuenta uno del otro.

"3 años después de que mi papi había fallecido, fui a comer con mi hermana, su esposo, mi mamá y Anier. Entrando al restaurante, me encontré con un pretendiente, a quien no tenía ningún deseo de ver después de un día difícil," Susana recuerda.

"En eso le dije a Anier, 'Por favor sígueme la cuerda. No preguntes nada, te lo ruego!'... sin darle tiempo a que me respondiera, lo tomé de la mano y sin mirarlo empecé a caminar.

Cuando pasamos por delante de este chico, Anier hizo la actuación de su vida - se merecía el Óscar. Me tomó de la cadera, y caminó conmigo tomados fuerte de la mano hasta la mesa. Realmente me sorprendí de lo cuanto me gustó esa sensación.. habían pasado muchos años pero esa fue la primera vez que nos vimos a los ojos.

Esa noche nos quedamos hablando hasta el amanecer de la vida y la pérdida de nuestros padres... allí fue donde empezó todo."

Fue un evento hermoso, divertido y nos encantó ser parte de él, pues esta pareja graciosa y romanticona se entregó totalmente a nuestro equipo.

Me siento muy afortunada de poder haber sido parte de este día tan importante y emocional para ustedes.

Nunca me olvidaré ni de sus lindos votos, ni del amor que comparten entre ustedes y su entorno, ni de su lindo bebé, Santiago.

Susana contacted me as soon as she saw our Wedding Video Trailer for Cristina & Javier... it was love at first sight.

She too dreamed of having a documentary of her day that captured her & Anier's essence as a couple and that did their love story justice.
Their unusual story began nearly twelve years ago when they met through her brother-in-law...

"He was too much of a smooth-talker for my taste ... and at that point in my life, that type of smoothness didn't really capture my attention, actually quite the contrary - it repulsed me."

Although it was an improbable romance, it turned out to be an inevitable one...
but it took about six more years for them to even really see one another.

"My father had passed away a few months prior and I went to dinner with my sister, mom, brother-in-law & Anier. Entering the restaurant, I could see that a obnoxious guy who I had been avoiding was arriving as well. On top of all the stress I was going through, I had no desire of seeing or talking to him," Susan recalls.

"That's when I begged Anier, 'PLEASE - I need you to follow my lead! DON'T ASK QUESTIONS!...' I grabbed him by the hand and walked towards the door.

When we crossed paths with him, Anier gave an Oscar-winning performance and even grabbed me by the waist and held by hand with the other! I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked it...

That night we stayed up 'til dawn talking about everything from the pain of losing our parents and then some. That's when we began to fall..."

They really opened themselves up to my team and I on their day.
It made the awesome task of telling their story easy and fun to do.

I feel so fortunate to have been part of this important and emotional day for the both of you. I will never forget your beautiful vows, nor the love shared between you and those around you... or your adorable son, Santiago. You can count on me to help tell the chapters to come.
