Lima, Peru Wedding Photographer | Tania & Nils

Over 300 loved ones from all ends of the globe came together to celebrate the union of Nils & Tania in her mother's native land of Perú.

The family organized an incredible experience for their loved ones -- starting with a spectacular Caballo de Paso Peruano horse show & welcoming reception at Hacienda Mamacona in Lurín - about 30 mins south of the capitol, Lima.

At the reception, the speeches had us all in tears from laughing and smiling over the love felt for this sweet pair. It's no wonder so many people came from far and wide for the occasion -- they are genuinely kind people who treated every person as if they were the guest of honor.

After that an awesome Afro-Peruvian show got things started and had everyone dancing following the choreography. It was a wild and wonderful night - everyone, including me, was busting out some fancy moves on the dance floor - and we couldn't believe it wasn't even the main event.

Next was The Big Day and it was stunning from start to finish.

We were all blown away by the fabulous detail, the stellar entertainment, and surprise after wonderful surprise -- including the national symphony orchestra accompanying the great pianist Raul di Blasio in a heartfelt and moving performance.  It's hard to put into words just how special this evening was, so I'll just show you some pieces of what I saw through my lens below...

Thank you thank you for letting us be there to capture your beautiful story. I'm so grateful for the awesome chemistry we all had from the beginning, allowing you both to relax and be present for every crazy good thing that happened that weekend -- especially be present with one another.

You made it so easy for us to create beautiful keepsakes for you to look back and relive this day for many years to come and we loved all the affirming feedback you and your family sent us... it really means so much to feel like our work is valued and appreciated!

I'm so excited to see what the future holds for you both. I know we will be seeing more of each other in the near future... be well and keep savoring every moment.
