Love in the Time of Covid-19 | Palm Beach Courthouse Wedding Photography
These die-hard romantics decided to forego the wedding day frenzy and take advantage of the rare circumstances of Covid-19 as an opportunity to have a very private and intimate wedding day celebration. "I don't care about the big fancy dress and everyone watching us have our first dance. I've been to a million weddings - it's just not me!," the bride explained as we were rode up the elevator to the marriage license offices at the Palm Beach County Courthouse.
The bright-eyed couple made sure to capture the moment as best they could with me as their photographer to guide them on this new adventure; never having had professional photos or a wedding before, I was their ally in making sure this day would go as smoothly and wonderful as possible.
After the quick ceremony, we made a pit stop at the Breakers hotel and then to the ocean's edge in Palm Beach for an artistic yet very relaxed and easy-going session. Once we were done, they thanked me and an hour later I received this text from the groom:
"Thank you sooo much Brenda for making this day even more special. Thanks for everything!!! You were amazing!!"
Making sure a couple's wedding day is a success is an ultimate goal for me. Elopements are so personal and precious, having no guests around to witness it except for the photographer -- it's an awesome responsibility that I don't take lightly!
R + E, Thank you both so much for letting me partake in telling your love story. Many years of health, love and happiness to you both! - Brenda B.
